I agree with RS Nasdaq assumption "I think they were going to use that to then do a financing and fund further expansion".So they move on.
At the moment, It looks like Phase 3 at Acreage Farms is awaiting Health Canada license amendments prior to planting. So hopefully soon... and after digging into German supply situation, it is still in play and it looks like Invictus/Acreage Farms is in process of completing (Good Manufacturing Practices) certification for European sales etc. (which would be part of phase 3) so that is some positivity and nothing has stopped progressing. Just looks cumbersome, highly regulated and that always causes a slow motion effect.
