Chiming in now because I’m so rarely qualified to speak on this board. It’s true that companies have 4 business days after a qualifying event to file an 8k, but until that 8k is filed, the information is considered to be confidential non-public information so they would not be allowed to talk about it at road shows or anywhere else until it’s filed.
