What kind of transactions are they undertaking with cash? Do they use it for payroll and do they make withholding tax payments to the State with it?

This is a public company. I know that you know that, but the idea that a public company can do business on a cash basis, that is to say without a checking account, and WITHOUT keeping a proper, auditable set of records is astonishing.

Can you name another one? Do the investors in SIGO have to rely on Sally, I mean Valerie, to count the cash in the register at the end of the day and hide it in a safe in the wall behind the VBF license?

A real auditor could conduct an audit if records have been kept. This cash only business stuff is a ruse.

But can it core A apple?
