You're right emit. Not a good excuse, unless they are incompetent.

If they are a cash only business, they should have known it would take a long time to audit. Why couldn't they give shareholders a heads up about this?

Hope they at least kept good records of all their cash transactions, otherwise the 2018 audit will never be satisfactorily completed. -jmo
