From what I can tell from the public domain, the FDA has fail to comply with the 60 day PDUFA goal date for communicating the speed of review to Amarin Pharma. Is this correct?

If the application is further delayed more harm will come to millions of US cardiovascular patients that have been either blocked by hesitant physicians writing prescriptions or payers refusing to reimburse for the off-label use of a very high triglycerides FDA approved drug.

Has the FDA communicated the speed of review to Amarin Pharma regarding the REDUCE-IT sNDA filed on or just before March 28?
