He is not going to help anyone. This guy is a FRAUD and his company is a FRAUD. That has become painfully obvious. I also find it interesting that on this board last night, someone posted that the merger had fell through and their post was deleted - FRAUD. I would like to know how many of you posters are cheerleaders working for ECFL and this pump and dump scam. I am going to sue the SH_T out of Desi. Who would like to join me in this endeavor. I have already spoke to my attorney and preliminary review suggests to him I may have a case. The SEC needs to come down hard on this BS and start putting these so called CEO's in the klink for this kind scam. Desi picked the wrong investor to screw with...
