I urge IFUS shareholders to sue. But, i think they should be suing Walther, the Windsors and at least two different insiders. There are a couple problems with that. The Windsors are most likely hiding in Canada; and defrauding Americans is not a crime in Canada, it is a sport! Walther, if he has any money, probably has it hidden under one, or more, of his aliases. My guess would be Mark Anthony. Both insiders have attachable assets.

The problem with the heretical theory that Adelstein would be culpable because he allegedly stole business secrets is that he didn't steal any business secrets. A quick check of the facts will refresh everyone's memory that the "Patent Pending" was lost long before June of 2013, intentionally trashed by Walther, and legally claimed and salvaged by guess who?
