No....Villar contracted Cristabol and JL to act as his agent in the selling of the property. I have posted that contract in the past. I also posted the contract where Villar took away those powers....I don't know where a copy is now but it is in my past posts....it is meaningless though....Villar and JL were both tossed to the curb by the Supreme Court regarding C 1912-2001 IN A NON APPEALABLE decision in 2014. NOTHING can change that.

BTW....you ADMIT JL is telling yet another lie when you say that "Villar was never JL's mining contractor as continually stated by JL"...once a liar ALWAYS a liar

So....if JL can mine "any time he wants" why is he wasting time filing these meaningless court cases? Oh...I see...he's not telling the truth about that either???

BTW JL....put your ear to the ground....hear that noise...."they" are coming to get you......the shoe is going to be on the other foot VERY soon.... lets just call you the "defendant". You should NOT have defrauded the EX-MSX shareholders.
