there is no active petroleum system!
that was only used to string the investors along for more to be collected

another CEO resigns..
and its mentioned there were no issues, and the split was mutual, or something similar..
would there be any other way to change ceo's ever so often with a negative report with an internal issue and not have the investors want to leave because of it?

rinberg suddenly vanished after previous failed attempt. carillo was in hot water for his personal actions, and stepped down to avoid the company any negative attention.

now guinn resigns after most recent attempt fails.

but the bottom line has always been that zion NEVER started with something small to prove they could find oil even in texas, and then had some sort of revenue. no matter how small it was.

after 20 years of finding nothing, and running an exploration company different than the norm due to religious outline, this company would have folded long ago.

there has been no reason other than hype or wishful thinking that zion would find anything, that had the stock price anywhere over a buck at any time..

the price as its seen is the real reflection of the performance of this company.

the reality is now setting in, and zion will be delisted and end up in the abyss.

but hey, a number of people got a salary for how long, without giving their investors anything but false hope and hype.
