Certainly a day in the Sun for the skeptical. However, I'm not certain if the German partner would want to post anything regarding a submission for an Import license prior to it being approved.
The build-outs are impressive on some of the facilities (all in early stages) and were done without incurring too much debt, so I'm not certain that makes the "Lean & Mean" mantra inferior to building scale with massive debt. So we'll see.
