If you guys go to Sedar.com, you can get all the company's filings including the most recent financial stmt as of 12/31/18. In it, you guys will find that 1/6 of all shares held in escrow (53 million total) were released in April. Those who were compensated through shares or early investor could now sell those shares, hence the recent decline in share price. The next major release (1/5 of shares) will be in October.
