Ive only ever in my lifetime of playing the OTC seen a CEO bitch about Share Price 1 other time

That stock is sitting @ .0001 but has an O/S of 5.5 Bil

The Company itself is making money....but the Share price will never move


The O/S here is really good @ 56,782,630 and @ .0078 Market Cap is indeed a bit low @ $443,000

But its a small company just getting a foothold and we as OTC snipers, looking for a jump in share price always,also know from experience that these companies sooner or later need to dilute for investment Capital and operating expenses

Its the whole reason Companies like this go public....to get funding thru selling shares

The CEO may say something like "We'll never use Convertible notes as a funding source ever again"...then turn around a month later and take out a Convertible Debt of $93k.....lol
