Perhaps they did receive the report and are reviewing it to see if they are where they need to be to file.

Again, a PR stating they received a draft doesn't mean all that much, we want to hear solid info on when things will be filed.

I;d rather they wait till next week if they will be able to provide better info then issuing this week with vague info just to placate shareholders.
