When you publicly state that you expect a draft by mid-May, and by this point you have said nothing... this is what happens. Your word will not be considered good. If they were not positive it would happen they should have remained silent. I'm actually surprised it hasn't been worse with the impatience level typically found in OTC land. Hopefully management will step up and deliver something substantial soon, as they stated they would.
