Still does not look like a $110 Million dollar company. Still looks like an unsophisticated scam to me. By next Tuesday the merger date PR'd in February will be 3 months old.

ICLD looks dead and acts dead. But they now own controlling interest in retail shares of SGSI, not that they can do anything with it since 100% retail share ownership has no controlling vote.

Still sounds like Scams Are Us trying to merge with Scams Will Be Us to me with Scams Were Us holding a pile of shares in it.
