It's almost impossible for the vast majority of restaurants in the US to serve wild caught shrimp due to their inadequate supply. The restaurant industry alone would buy as much shrimp from NS as they could produce. Most restaurants sell farmed shrimp from foreign sources. They would gladly pay a premium for our fresh uncontaminated shrimp. The markets for our shrimp are too vast to contemplate.
