That does not make it a scam in and of it itself!!!

you can claim Tcel has not done or or has not moved fast enough
but using the word scam, is not right !!

there is no proof of any scam hear!!!

as to converting of shares and adding more share
it was always know as to the converting for shares,
it was no secret and there for when shares were converted they would add shares,.

and then have not sold any shares since 3 + years ago

still 2.8 billion that could be issue and i little less that 2 b sold and if you take all the money they got from the selling of those shares it not even 1 million in cash.
so if it was a scam that for a small amount of money over a lot of years !!
so i see no scam on TCEL
