As the article implies, it may be that Boeing may have gone too far in their assertion that a portion of the blame for the crashes should be assessed against on the foreign pilots.

The MACS energetic response to data input clearly lies at the base of the air accidents.

Yet, the fact remains that American pilots have not complained about nor experienced the same.
