Investors speculated that SHMP was worth way more. Others, myself included, rode to free shares on the ignorance of those investors.

Now, it's not that SHMP investors think SHMP is a $60M company. It's that they're underwater and don't want to take a loss...yet. They're hoping for another spike, even just to $0.50, and when it happens...BOOM...lots of unloading will happen.
