IDGC is a global enterprise with vision and focuses on businesses in the business services of smart lighting, energy consumption monitoring and efficiency services within the scope of Smart Cities, Energy & specialty IoT industries that are valued $5MM - $75MM in enterprise value. Primary characteristics sought are companies with high recurring cash flow where the founder(s) or management will stay on as an equity holder of the parent company. Together with Liberty Capital Group our lending partner, IDGC will provide entrepreneurs from early stage to profitability to spin-off strategy. IDGC will primarily invest in companies where the seller will remain on board in an ongoing capacity. We take majority equity positions in our investments with sellers and lenders typically having minority interests. We invest in businesses where our operating partners and we can augment the expertise of the current each subsidiaries management team, technology and consolidate integration procedures.
