have to say .. today was one of those days that if
*activity* wasn't observed .. one would be hard pressed
to believe what was done ..

today was another *interesting* day on PTOI

NR is giving every indication of *awareness* of something en route
% signal today sure looked like a *reset* of 300000 was in play .. clearly
it didn't happen today

OTCX *decoy* has been on ask with a Never Adjusting size of @ 18100 ..
yesterday on their relo on ask their size went to 17625 (475) .. today it was
18400 (300) .. which was interesting to see via the ask side (100k/170k/30k)
as well as on the bid side (300k) yet again ..

last check 300 & 300 = 600 .. which of course flashed yesterday *briefly* (600000) @ 018c

the oddities continue .. hmmmm
