"Transformational"... I think that word has been associated with BIEL before. Yes, as a matter of fact, I think Mr. Keith himself designated 2018 as the transformational year for BIEL. Well, how did that turn out for everybody? There are instances when shareholders voiced their frustrations on this board, in response to the lack of communication from BIEL's management. But if shareholders are expected to except pablum such as that disgorged in that message propagate by Mr. Keith, then what value does management communicating with shareholders have? Just Pathetic!!
