Basically it is saying that this is a dead stock for a least another year! BIEL has no money and sales are going backwards, the little hope that anyone had here was that they would get FDA clearance soon, now that has been dashed away, just when you thought AW couldn't get worse, he's like "hold my beer", and then bam, he hit's with this news!

We get nothing about CVS or anything we can sink our teeth into, what we get instead is the 510 withdrawal 90 days after it went in, so we waited 90 days, and AW says nope not going to happen, we are going a different route!

What I'm trying to wrap my head around is this, why not just let the 510(k) for women only go to completion, get the approval, use that as a marketing tool to sell more Actipatch, generate some funds, and then submit the 510(k) for both men and women! It was already at the finish line, if it was only a week or 2 into the process, then I would understand withdrawing it!

AW seems to think BIEL has all the time in the world, dementia is a hell of a disease!
