The good news out on CLNE is everywhere today. Mainland low emissions standards; especially in the Long Beach ports area are getting most of the attention, & it's justified. & my prior posts have alluded to more deals being made. My earlier posts have also alluded to the 2020 low sulfur rules being a driving force. I still think that it's a driving force. Quick research shows that shipping bunker fuel cost is about $0.50/per gallon +/- $0.10 per gallon after making conversions (it's sold by ton) & is expected to increase to about $0.70 per gallon, but it could be more. I don't think that it will approach $1.00 per gallon, but wouldn't that be nice! But, what it does is cause a shift in the supply & demand for of for different types & grades of fuel. The supply & demand shifts will continue to shift the thinking & acceptability of what CLNE offers.

Googling the rule will provide a lot of reading material to gain insight on where diesel prices might be headed because of the rule. Following is a link to 1 article from 04/19/2019 that is more of a good question & answer dialogue on the same. Read on!
