A class action lawsuit is the only way there will ever be any recovering of investment for shareholders here. It's fairly obvious at this point that the most important line in the latest BS PR - "It cannot be guaranteed this will occur" is being exercised. However, that was post-revocation and there is no doubt that the shareholders of SPCL (aka "Pixel", aka "Pixelmags", aka "Pixel Holdings", aka "Pixel +) etc..etc... were frauded. Texture is obviously a superior company and got the interest of Apple, which leads me to believe since Pixel had a superior product, that we just have an incompetent leadership team.
