An alert a while back from the SEC in regards to MMJ and "companies" exploiting this "hot" industry.

False press releases. Press releases that seem implausible may indicate that the company’s stock is being hyped solely to drive up its stock price.

Whether or not it is happening here, I'm not sure. I'll leave that up to you to decide.
