With friends like this, who needs enemies?

"He does not want to reward note holders"

Also known as his financing-source, and business partners.

With all this "RECORD REVENUE" rolling in, why does he continue to abuse these so-called "faithful shareholders"?

If ANYTHING Berman claims in his financial statements is true, he would be an AAA credit risk and could easily find finance at better terms.

How much 'profit' does Berman claim every month? Where is that money going? He claims to be owed months & months of backpay, expenses, etc.

And I guarantee you, those 'note holders' have done THEIR 'insider' level of DD on ONCI.

They have a pretty good idea of what those shares are worth, don't you think?

Why dump 'em, if they're sitting on a gold mine? Would YOU dump 'em here?

Maybe you would, if you knew WHAT THEY MUST KNOW, and imo it's more than what folks see posted on OTCM.com
