The toxic shareholders and manipulators are buying at 7 and selling at 8, creating an atmosphere of fear triggering more selling from innocent shareholders. This is why the table below shows a ratio of over 7 for trading volume over dilution. Essentially for each diluted share, there are over six shares dumped by shareholders. This makes it difficult to purge diluted shares.

Our current ratio is 5.56 and we need a ratio of 7.54. This means that we still have 82 million shares in dilution left and it will take a trading volume of 600 million traded shares to purge them. This is making the assumption that shareholders are still dumping at the same rate. I doubt it, but this is what we need if that is true.

The CEO knows that issued shared are not in the float yet. I think he is holding the news and progress until that is completely out. He does not want to reward note holders. He wants to reward faithful shareholders.
