Clearly it’s in a different position than it’s ever been as a ticker. What happens down the line is still a guess but it looks more legitimate than anything else it’s done so far.

Pope is gone, whole new ball game. Let’s see what happens in the next year...yep...it could take that long. I’ll wait.
