The most remarkable (and sad) thing to me is how current holders are not buying shares. If one is content to hold, intellectual honesty requires one to buy. This happens all the time when a stock swoons. The avg investor buys high and sells low. It is why 3% of us make 95% of the profits.

Think about Vtsi at $3. That is same as 15cents. Almost exact same price as 10 years ago when the company was nothing and had Duchess dilution dragging it down. Even if one is frustrated with Ferris the stock is still a strong buy at this price.

When it is $8 later this year many will look back and have a complete understanding of their own stupidity.
