Well, at one time, the same people who pumped it. Like what willy and treffrey used to do long ago.
A pumper might do it if they wanted to give the appearance of paid bashers.
However, the most important point that seems to be lost again and again on these morons who keep buying penny stocks with the belief that "this time its different", is that bashers have always been right.

It's like, if your mother told you, "don't touch that stove it's hot!" and you touch it anyway, burn your finger then turn around and flip off your mother.
