Helps to keep up. Anyone who read my posts (all of em) knew this was coming the day they reported that Durando was to step down:

Absolutely right. At the moment they cannot RS. Finra won't let them as long as Durando remains on the board. Still, 56 bil is an insurmountable hill to climb. What options do they have at this point?

My gut says Durando will step down from the Board before they ask Finra to RS. At least everyone will have notice. If they announce him stepping down... I personally would quietly sell and wait for a RS... then buy back shortly after.

Before they increased their OS by 17 bil, I was pretty confident that all insiders would have converted their shares to preferreds to make the share structure manageable. Even if they convert insider shares, the float is around 19 bil.

As for:

I personally like mPhase and I never try to be uncivil. I think anything Anshu touches will be golden. I just think it will take a lot longer now. A few months ago, I emailed Anshu offering to buy up the remaining debt in exchange for preferreds, but he didn't respond to my email. Maybe he has a better plan.

Apology accepted.
