I am very happy to see SOLI trading the way it is today. After yesterday's news about giving the defendants 30 more days to respond, at first I was disappointed ( because I was expecting the default judgement to occur and the judge to rule for SOLI). But after a minute of thinking, I quickly realized that I am not selling anyway ( we all like to see milestones hit and the stock price go up). But when you are in the best trade of your life and you already know you are in for the long haul ( and are holding for 7 or 8 figures) your common sense kicks in.
Given the little selling today, I think a lot of people on this board feel the same way. 30 days are going to fly by. There won't be any response from the defendants. And SOLI will win and move on to getting the form 211 submitted.
