Discount 15% based on shares traded based on current price when acquired on day acquired. They can acquire up to every 10 trading sessions. They cannot own more than 9.9% of shares available. ABCE will dilute stock when necessary, So OASIS will sell for as fast a profit to exceed 15 % as fast as they can. OASIS has a head start on everybody. You can't win.
