If you look up JAMN on their page and look at the rating it says "NA".
I have a Fidelity Account too. I saw what you're seeing, but it's completely unreliable. On multiple days it says that Zacks is initiating at Hold, then a week or even a day later says that Zacks dropped coverage.
It's probably a glitch in the system of the Investars system when it is generating info for a company like JAMN.
Don't trust that rating - IMHO, it's worthless.
