** Thoughts **

The SEC is investigating, he's in court as a defendant, and if there is to be any justice, he will go to jail.

Ok lets examine this a minute.

1.SEC is investigating. FACT

Why? Well it could be what the noise is saying or it could be something else. Here is but one example:

SEC’s complaint

2. he's in court as a defendant. FACT

Considering the complaint is about #1, and that these lawyers even called me about joining the lawsuit, ambulance chasers comes to mind. Lawyers are known for their ethics are they not?

3. and if there is to be any justice. (I sure hope so)

So this is dependent on what the SEC finds and they will most likely let the courts finish first. I do know that a fraud was committed and it might not be what the noise is portraying. That being said, if Zion, John Brown, or any others in this whole thing did commit a crime. Then I too hope the law is followed. I tend to think that Zion did not but that is my opinion. If they did, let the cards fall where they may.

4.he will go to jail. ( works both ways fellas!)

Well I guess so IF he or Zion is guilty then it should go as it should be. However what if the noise is wrong? Does the reciprocal work as well? What is securities fraud was committed and it can be shown that laws were broken in the what I consider assault on Zion Oil by nefarious parties? Then I would say that jail would work in this case as well right?

We shall see, but over these last few months, what I have seen, witnessed, and been watchful of comes to mind and I would hope that the justice system will do its job and do what is right. In that I agree.
