You know, the root of much, perhaps most, of the penny stock fraud that's committed is a change of control in which crooks get hold of a dormant shell.

Naturally that doesn't come as a surprise to regular readers of this board. But the SEC needs to find a way to combat it. The agency is already considering making reverse merger companies get an MM to file a new 211 with FINRA. Perhaps that's the way to go. IF FINRA takes a very hard look at who's behind those reverse mergers.
