Smooth,,, Someone asked me today if I was still in SPCL.
I thought that was strange so I came to this board & saw your post.
I am NOT holding any shares of SPCL. I was totally out by Feb/March of 2017.
LongCA & I were duped into believing that Oringer, the founder & majority shareholder of Billion dollar Shutterstock had a genuine stake in our company through Pixel Holdings.
He did NOT. The people who bought the SPCL shell also,,, deliberately,,, bought a clean shell that had been owned by Oringer, Pixel Holdings . They were slick. They knew people would perform Due Diligence & stumble onto Pixel Holdings & make that connection.
Vert Capital never publicly disclosed that they had NO connection with Oringer & they were asked about this in E-mails that they disregarded!
Those of us that took profits on the extreme run-up continued to hold some shares after we found out the truth. But it became clear Vert had no intention of building SPCL even though they did genuinely hold PixelMags which could have been a HUGE winner.

The only reason I write this is because you referenced an old post of mine & expressed your interest.
I don't think there's anyway you can buy shares of SPCL now, but if you could, I would tell you don't touch it.
