Evidently Tracson McLeod of San Diego worked for a guy who's involved in penny stock fraud that the SEC doesn't describe. That guy is a recidivist securities law violator. McLeod has information about him that the SEC wants.

But so far, McLeod's declined to turn it over. So now the SEC's gone to court to compel him to comply with its subpoena(s).
