Background, (mine). I went through the second one, -obviously way under water now.

Now I am deeply afraid they will do another after top-line like at 10 to 1.

I don't think it needs to be voted on by us "little investors"? Right?

More background. I own a small position in CANF. Last week it R/S and today it diluted itself. I think NWBO will do the same. It has to raise money and only by R/S and then diluting and then by selling shares at a higher price and letting the "big boys" feed on it, will it be able to move ahead.
