yes..

just so you are aware: i have noticed that since etrade usually routes thru several random market makers when it comes to penny stocks - ie CANT (GTSM now i think) ETRF, CDEL, NITE CSTI that it really depends which route you get (no way to know) and if that matches up with a seller you will find one order fills better than another..

so when i have bought i have put out multiple smaller buys, and sometimes a cheaper one fills real low and nice while another limit order never fills ever..and vice versa..
