The $7 a share was years ago when the project was first announced. Go back to the beginning when the stock first traded. Not a rumor but a fact.

As far as your cynical comment that “maybe the CEO is stringing us along for a better deal,” I have to say I don’t think he would string us along in any bad way. I’ve spojen to him many times and he’s always told the truth. Just his timelines have been off. But forget all that. Common sense and logic are more important.

[t][/t]First of all, if it is a Nasdaq traded company taking over Mirage then that’s much better than this Organization Mondiale de Development, which there is no info on any site except that it once had offices in Paris that are now “permanently closed.” If the cash value of the stock is worth between $1-$2 now, it has to be worth more with an established and legitimate Nasdaq traded company. The discount your implying is already baked in.

Also the $50M a year Mirage will bring in from the current deal is from this website is wrong. It is really $60M which was told to me by the CEO himself. The 5% Put Option applied to the $1.2B financing deal equals $60M a year NOT $50M. With a 3x-4x valuation, and a 180M share float, then $1-$2 cash value is realistic. Actually in this market environment one could argue that MRGE valuation could be a lot higher.

Anyway, I hope between now and the end of June we get buyout news. Also permits and applications should be approved by June or so with the storage facility permit no
later than Aug.

You also have to assume both the Mexican government and the US government are actively involved in this deal. This will be historic as no entity has ever had control or the ability to have a natural gas storage facility. It is a true game changer. And yes, it is worthy of the attention of top financial and global news outlets like CNBC, Bloomberg etc.

$.15 this week without news would be excellent.

Any further comments by anyone, I’m open minded. I’m all ears.
