As far as why we haven't received the good faith deposit, I shared your same thoughts a few days ago ..maybe he got a better offer and is stringing everyone along?

And yes the announced $1.2 Billion project is worth $50M+ annually to Mirage as I have speculated in previous posts. So $1-$2 wouldn't surprise me, but I would expect a discount for time value and risk until project is actually built.

I have no idea where you're getting $7 per share as an "original" price
