The same James Panther who’s assets were frozen by the SEC in 2013 for a microcap (penny) stock selling scheme using offshore accounts to make $36 M, had default judgement by the SEC in 2015 to return $14 M and was charged by the SEC in 2018!

Yazbeck has CHOSEN to work with all 3. Sanzeri, Dewald and Panther.

There are ONLY 2 options here.
1.). Yazbeck does ZERO background checks on anyone that he hires/works with on this change the world idea. (I sincerely doubt incompetence at that level)
2.). Yazbeck has ignored that knowlege and CHOSEN to lay in bed with criminals

It is 100% relevant when discussing a case that NEVER went, or will, go to trial.

Sues for $29 M, but accepts dismissal and settlement for no funds from Dewald, and only recieves $5k from Sanzeri. That is sketchy at best and proves there are other associations to hid that stay hidden by avoiding trial.
