Just finished the finale and caught up with the live tv, even though I taped it. it was 3 hours long!

here we go...

round 1-

- laine- rough start but go much better. I love his songs. b+

(oh and judge katy's boobs were falling out so all show long she had to hold them in. ridiculous.)

- Madison- rough start, she cracked some and was off key... c

- alejandro- aka mumble mouth... back to his old ways, high pitched and depressing. d

round 2-

they get the royal treatment back home, thats always fun to see, and then they sing their 2nd song on stage..

- laine- aw, so touching with the family and he had a huge fan base so thats good. loved his songs that he is bringing to the younger generation. A

- Madison- not that many fans waiting on her, not a good sign for her. she was again off key, flat, was really bad. D

- alejandro- ok, I cried during the sweet time he had with the kids singing his own song but he also had a massive group of fans, that worried me. his song was same old high and boring. b-

then I skipped/fast forwarded through the tons of freak show acts and horrible music that others did on the show. back to the idol singers.

round 3-

- laine- loved it. they are all tired, and rightly so.. he was very good and is elvis reincarnated, lol. A

- alejandro- same old stuff. c-

- I lost my note on Madison, but whatever.

omg, it was between laine and alejandro!

Laine won!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yippy!!!!!!!!

as you know, the winner must sing their winning song that idol writes for them... he sang and did great but they let all the losers of the show on stage to grab all over him for one last chance to be seen on tv. that was kind of embarrassing.

good job Laine!

see you all next year. I guess I will keep watching, why not? then I can have something to complain about, lol.
