Part of it comes down to awareness. Nobody knows they exist. Those that do are already in it and appear to be playing the swings.

Another part of it are serious investors sitting on the fence, waiting for the company to progress through the doldrums of being a start up. Waiting for respectable revenues to start flowing in. Without revenues, the company has to dilute to keep the lights on. Those investors have no problem paying a bit more in order to wait and have less risk. Its easy for them to do since there is no volume and the price is staying right in this range.

When it does go, and it will, it will be fast moving. I've seen it before when it went to .40's.

I can't afford to wait and pay more. I need to get in low, take the risk of seeing it possibly dip and having my money tied up for a bit longer. I have zero problem with that. This is going to be huge.

Once the news of who the partnership is with, we'll see a surge in prize providers and games integrating the Winfinte software. That will be what generates the revenue.

Most importantly, follow the money. There is Versus Systems and all that they do and there are those that control the money that allows Versus to do what they do. Those people being those who took Versus public. What are their goals? From what I have researched, their goals are acquiring shells, and then turning them into viable companies and then selling them. With Versus, they took a mining company shell that they owned, then bought Versus, which was private, and made it public by merging it with the mining shell. I have no doubt, their goal is to sell this company, like they do so many others. And it won't be for anything under 9 figures.
