What’s hard to understand is why the volume is so low on arguably the best news the company has ever released?

This really is one of the few public OTC opportunities that has the potential to become a true unicorn. I have their valuation at 14 million. Extremely low for such potential in my opinion. If they were based in the valley they’d be valued at 20 times that.
