I cannot explain why your broker, whichever it is, does anything. Best you ask them directly.

the "fat lady sang" for CDNL years ago when the stock was suspended

Smart traders recognized the fraud in the works and escaped while they could

Perhaps u can explain why the brokers haven’t removed CDNL from their stock symbols? You can’t trade of course but the fat lady hasn’t sung just yet.
