I have to try and keep this short mi amigo, packing for a very early 3 day or so trip. Its always been my understanding the deal was agreed upon and closed. Never once seen it stated as a LOI. Also the export permit from Health Canada as well as a Good Manufacturing Practice ("EU-GMP") and Import license for the German company is very extensive, meaning I'm sure they studied eachother thoroughly and wouldn't accept a hazy short term deal / partnership. Suggesting to contact the German company and ask them if they have received the Import License. I for one really hope Invictus is close on their end, export permit from Health Canada as well as a Good Manufacturing Practice ("EU-GMP")

No knowledge of Ms. Hardy (medical sales) & Kevin SMith (recreational) yet but will certainly inquire when I get back through a few different routes so to speak.


I'm really looking forward to the next 6 months here, I feel all the hard work will be revealed in many different manners.
