Hate to inform, but Sanseri, Dewald and Panther are 3 seperate people. All Yazbeck has chosen to associate with.

So either Yazbeck is to dumb to perform background checks on people before he goes into business or works with them, or he has chosen to ignore criminal backgrounds of those individuals. There is no gray there. And I seriously doubt it’s the 1st option, since all 3 had pending or previous litigation against them.
